1 General Terms & Nature of Agreement

qq55 is a mobile-friendly online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms serve as a legal agreement and define the relationship between qq55 and the user.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.1 Definitions

• "User" refers to any person who holds a registered account on qq55.

• "Taka" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on qq55, the user must provide accurate and complete information. It is the user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration up to date at all times.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

The user is required to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The user will be personally responsible for all activities carried out from their account. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, qq55 support must be notified immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

qq55 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use qq55's services:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must be legally entitled to participate in gaming.
• The user must acknowledge that they are of sound mind and are playing of their own free will.
• The user is not currently subject to any self-exclusion or restriction.

If minors have used qq55, all funds in their accounts will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that their underage children do not use this site.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can be deposited on qq55 via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (same for all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

For successfully verified requests, withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's standard processing times may apply.

4.4 Ownership of Deposited Funds

The user confirms that funds deposited into the account are entirely their own and have not been obtained through any unlawful activity. In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, qq55 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit at qq55, users will receive a 120% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: deposit of ৳10,000 or more → bonus ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

qq55's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Users have the opportunity to progress to higher tiers over time based on their gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any suspicious activity relating to bonus abuse is found — such as using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, coordinated betting, or risk-free hedging strategies — qq55 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

qq55 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and applies a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is incomplete or cancelled, qq55's decision regarding the related bets will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, qq55 reserves the right to declare that round void and refund the bet amount. Incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be credited to the user's account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq55 platform:

• Fraudulent activities, use of software bots or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Cyber attacks or harmful activities against qq55's network or systems.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of funds. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 qq55's Rights

qq55 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

A user may request to close their own account at any time through support. Pending transactions can be completed and valid balances withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
